For those of you playing along at home

My bloodwork, ultrasound and mock embryo transfer went well today.

My E2 is at 46 and my lining is almost non-existent. I am suppressed. Now I reduce the Lupron to 5 units per day and I start taking Esatradol Valerate on Thursday. Next appointment August 31.

As for the mock embryo transfer, the nurse "threaded my cervix" twice. Basically she did a pretend IUI.... 2 times. Why the extra attempt? I suppose, just for the fun of seeing my uterus cramp. ??? And does anyone know why she had to feel up on my tatas? I am just curious about that.

I have no idea but I laughed out loud at the phrase, "feel up on my tatas!"

Everything sounds just right! Except....no. I have never had a nurse or an RE feel me up. Maybe the twins are looking extra fine these days and she just couldn't resist?

I never thought I would be so happy for complete suppression! p.s. Your nurse totally went to second base for the fun of it. And if we're getting technical, she also hit a homer... 2 times.

Yay for suppression! Next milestone in the series. Time to build it all up now.

The doc who did my transfer was the one to do the mock, and no, he never ever went north. In fact, at no point in my entire cycle did I ever even have to take off my bra or top. I think your nurse copped a feel. If she comes at you again, I'd ask her what exactly she needs to do and why. Creepy.

Oh, btw, I meant to tell you that I like the new header picture of your kitty...with an aluminum foil ball? Cute!

i laughed out loud at the tatas phrase too! :) no idea why she would do that - in our two years with our RE, we had ZERO breast exams. kinda masochistic with the double mock transfer too... i think id be asking for a different nurse next time.

hooray for total suppression! on to your bfp!

I agree...Maybe she just couldn't help herself. Too weird. I'm glad things are going well otherwise!! Fingers crossed!

She felt up your tatas and threaded your cervix twice! Who did she charge you extra or throw in those "services" for free?

That is great news that everything is suppressed and right on schedule.
